Before Your First Visit
Please bring your insurance card as well as a photo ID with you to your appointment, and if you take any medications, be sure to write them down to help ensure we provide you with the optimal dental care possible.
We ask that new patients arrive a few minutes early to complete several important forms. Alternatively, you can also download our patient forms from our website and fill them out before your appointment to save time.
What to Expect During Your Visit
During your first visit, you will receive a complete oral exam. We will check your teeth, gums, and mouth for any issues. We may also take X-ray images to identify areas that the naked eye simply cannot see. These pictures will assist in identifying cavities, bone loss, and more.
Furthermore, our dental team explains what we observe and discusses treatment options that may be necessary. We believe in helping you understand your oral health so you can make good choices about your dental care.

If you are experiencing a dental emergency, such as severe tooth pain and/or a broken tooth, please call our office as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to arrange for you to come in on the same day.
Keeping Your Mouth Healthy
Good home care is extremely important. We recommend brushing your teeth at least twice daily utilizing fluoride toothpaste, as well as flossing on a daily basis to reduce cavities and/or gum disease between visits.
